So glad to be back! Kangen jg ternyata lama banget ngga posting. Mohon maap soalnya hawa hawa bumil ini bikin ibuk jd rada males posting hehe.. Seperti biasa selalu last minute posting buah tantangan MKH *maap ya mak* walopun rada ngga pede soalnya cm bs foto hasil masakan lewat hp, tp alhamdulillah masi keburu. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;75gr ikan tuna fillet&lt;br /&gt;1/4 bh bawang bombay, cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;1 bh tomat, potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;200 gr kentang utuh&lt;br /&gt;50gr keju mozarella ( boleg diganti keju leleh lainnya )&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;5 tangkai daun parsley, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Cuci bersih kentang, potong menjadi dua, biarkan kulitnya tidak dikupas. Kukus selama 15 menit. Angkat, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Buat adonan isi : Cuci ikan, cincang kasar. Panaskan wajan, masukkan unsalted butter, tumis bawang bombay lalu tuna, bombay dan daun parsley. Bumbui dengan garam. Tumis hingga ikan matang. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ambil kentang, lubangi bagian tengah ( ambil sebangian isi kentang ) menggunakan sendok kecil. Isi dengan adonan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tabur bagian atas kentang dengan keju mozarella dan taburan daun parsley. Panggang dalam oven 100C selama 5 menit. Tuna pocket siap disajikan :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ps. Jadi walopun ibuk tinggal kerja Mayra tetep bs makan fun loving bento di rumah. Bento is like putting love into a box ^_^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari ini cuma sempet bikin snack bento aja, bentuknya sederhana aja. Kayanya flu ibuk bikin ibuk jadi mati gaya wkwkwk. Haluskan udang dan ayam ( bisa dicacah pake pisau biasa, bisa pake blender, bisa pake food processor --&gt; aku pake pisau biasa, emang jadinya agak kasar, makanya dikasih nama bola udang bukan bakso udang hehe )&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan wortel, tepung dan telur aduk rata, bikin bulatan menggunakan 2bh sendok, rebus dalam kaldu yg mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nah bola udangnya trus dibikin SUP BOLA UDANG&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahannya :&lt;br /&gt;Kulit dan kepala udang cuci bersih ( untuk kaldu )&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm butter unsalted&lt;br /&gt;1 siung bawang putih, haluskan&lt;br /&gt;50 gr labu siam, cuci bersih potong sesuai selera&lt;br /&gt;3 bh jamur kuping, rendam air panas, potong memanjang&lt;br /&gt;10 gr bihun&lt;br /&gt;Bola udang&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt pala bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;1. Buat kaldu udang : cuci bersih kulit dan kepala udang, tumis dengan butter dan bawang putih hinga harum, masukkan air matang, rebus dengan api kecil hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan bola udang, bihun, jamur kuping, labu siam.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sayaangnya aku telat masukin entri, sibuk banget di kantor tau2 udah lewat tanggal 25.. yaah. eniwei, pasta ini aku bikin sendiri *iseng* jadi bukan pasta2 yg beli jadi di supermarket, sayang ngga punya alat giling ( duh apa ya namanya, concerto ya kalo ga salah ) jadi hasilnya kurang tipis, hehe.. Walopun ngga se enak pasta beli, karena agak alot n kudu langsung abis dimakan, soalnya kalo disimpen kelamaan tambah alot wkwkwk.. yang penting senang n puas udah bs bikin pasta sendiri.. mammmaa mmiaaa ^_^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Kulit Ravioli :&lt;br /&gt;1 cup ( atau setara kira2 75gr ) tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur kocok&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm air matang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan isi Ravioli :&lt;br /&gt;30 gr keju cheddar parut&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt merica hitam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan saus :&lt;br /&gt;10 gr butter&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt terigu&lt;br /&gt;50 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;25 gr keju cheddar parut&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt oregano&lt;br /&gt;1 lembar bay leave&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat Ravioli :&lt;br /&gt;1. Ayak bersama tepung terigu dan garam. Dalam wadah ( bowl ) bentuk lubang ditengah menyerupai sumur, masukkan telur ke bagian tengah bowl.&lt;br /&gt;2. Aduk berlahan, searah sampai adonan rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. pukul - pukul menggunakan tangan sampai adonan kalis, tambahkan 2 sdm air matang&lt;br /&gt;4. Tipiskan adonan dengan rolling pin, potong jadi dua lembar&lt;br /&gt;5. Buat isi : campur keju dengan merica hitam, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;6. Ambil satu lembar kulit Ravioli, tata adonan keju ( kira2 1/2 sdt) dengan jarak 0,5cm&lt;br /&gt;7. Tutup dengan lembar kulit Ravioli yang kedua, tekan2 di antara adonan keju supaya kulit menempel, lalu potong kotak..&lt;br /&gt;8. Rebus ravioli hingga matang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat saus :&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan butter masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan susu cair dan keju aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan oregano, bayleave, garam, merica, aduk hingga matang. Aduk perlahan dengan api kecil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sajikan ravioli dengan saus keju.. untuk isi ravioli bisa divariasikan dengan ayam, sayur dll&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="font-style: italic; Aku bikinnya cuma separo resep, trauma soalnya untuk urusan baking kayanya selalu berakhir dg aneh bin ajaib ;D&lt;br /&gt;n bener ternyata yang ini pun juga ngga seindah muffin muffin di gerai bakery hihihi..&lt;br /&gt;Untuk rasa... hmmm 'jempol' kata mayra *terharu*, aromanya wangiii banget mungkin karena yoghurt petit miam-nya.. emaknya juga doyaan.. kaya nya pengen bikin lagi aaah minggu depan ^_^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan ( ukuran setengah resep dari resep asli ) :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 tube yoghurt petit miam - bisa diganti merk apa aja ( setara 120gr )&lt;br /&gt;100 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur kocok&lt;br /&gt;50gr butter, diamkan pada suhu ruang&lt;br /&gt;50gr gula pasir - atau sesuai selera&lt;br /&gt;2 bh pisang ukuran sedang ( pilih yang manis n matang ), haluskan&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt soda kue&lt;br /&gt;4 biji kurma, buang bijinya n iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;Garam seiprit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan oven 180 C. Kocok butter dan gula sampai 'creamy', masukkan yoghurt dan pisang yang sudah dihaluskan, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur kocok dan aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Ayak bersama : tepung terigu, baking powder, soda kue dan garam. Masukkan ke dalam adonan sedikit demi sedikit, Aduk rata tapi jangan terlalu lama ntar over mixing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan adonan kedalam cetakan taburi atasnya dengan kurma, kemudian oven selama 25 menit atau sampai kecoklatan/matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Alhamdulillah hasilnya cukup menyenangkan :) Tema nya Merah Putih dengan bahan Beetroot atau Bit! Insprasinya dari tumpeng 17 Agustusan, tapi disesuaikan sesuai tema dan disesuaikan supaya bisa dikonsumsi Mayra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intsy Beet-sy Tumpeng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan 1 ( untuk lapisan merah ) :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 150gr daging giling&lt;br /&gt;- 100gr beet kukus - dihaluskan&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur kocok&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sendok makan tepung roti&lt;br /&gt;- Bumbu halus tumis ( bawang putih, bawang merah, garam merica sesuai selera )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan 2 ( untuk lapisan putih ) :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 200gr nasi putih&lt;br /&gt;- keju parut&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur kocok&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perlengkapan :&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bh piping bag ( plastik segituga ) ukuran kecil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;atau bisa diganti dengan pinggan tahan panas bentuk apa aja aja ( tapi jadinya ngga kaya tumpeng hehe )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Memasak :&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur semua bahan 1 , aduk rata sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur semua bahan 2, aduk rata sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Siapkan piping bag ( plastik segitiga ) masukkan adonan bahan 1, tekan sampai padat. Lalu masukkan adonan bahan 2 lalu tekan sampai padat, ikat ujung plastik. Kukus selama kurang lebih 30 menit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Buka plastik, tumpeng siap dihidangkan. Bisa dihidangkan dengan sayur kukus, sup atau telur rebus :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note : Karena warna beet yang merah keunguan jadi daging nampak berwarna merah ( nampak belum matang ) tapi sebenernya udah mateng kok, pastikan mengukusnya cukup lama ^_^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selamat Ulang Tahun Republik Indonesia!! Ada ide dibikin wonton aja ( hampir mirip pangsit rebus gitu mungkin ya ). Enak juga ternyata si isi roti itu bisa dibikin beraneka macem menu.. Bisa bikin agak banyak trus dimasukkan freezer jadi pas mau masak atau bikin bikin apa tinggal keluarkan dari freezer. Wonton-nya pun bisa disimpen di freezer, mau dibuat sup atau digoreng sama sama enak :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Wonton :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kulit Pangsit --&gt; perhatikan bahan nya ya, cari yang ngga ada pengawet&lt;br /&gt;Campur jadi satu bahan isi  :&lt;br /&gt;Ayam cincang&lt;br /&gt;Udang cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;Wortel potong dadu kecil&lt;br /&gt;Daun seledri cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt tepung maizena ( semuncung kecil )&lt;br /&gt;Garam&lt;br /&gt;Lada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil kulit pangsit selembar, isi dengan adonan ayam. Lipat bentuk segitiga, pertemukan ujung dengan ujung, lem dengan air ( contoh lipatan wonton ada di foto ).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Sup :&lt;br /&gt;Kaldu ayam&lt;br /&gt;Soun, potong 2 cm ( supaya aman untuk baby )&lt;br /&gt;Daun bawang&lt;br /&gt;Sawi / pakchoy iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;Garam&lt;br /&gt;Merica&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan kaldu, masukkan soun dan wonton rebus hingga lunak. Masukkan sayur. Rebus hingga matang, bumbui. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Nah karena ngga yakin mau ngasih sirup Maple ke Mayra, akhirnya diganti aja ama saus mangga.. hehe rada ngga nyambung sih, tp adanya itu di kulkas dan pastinya lebih sehat daripada saus maple.. Resep pancake nyontek dari &lt;a href="http://dapurnyarina.blog.com/"&gt;sini&lt;/a&gt;, saus mangga nya ngarang sendiri..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Buttermilk Pancake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan untuk buttermilk : 250 ml susu plain + 2 1/2 sdm cuka atau air perasan jeruk nipis, aduk rata. Hasilnya susu akan menggumpal.   &lt;address&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;address&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Bahan lain&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;address&gt;165 gr tepung terigu&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;address&gt;2 sdm gula pasir&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;address&gt;2 sdt baking powder&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;address&gt;¼ sdt garam&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;address&gt;1 butir telur&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;address&gt;2 sdm mentega, cairkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;  &lt;address&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;/address&gt;    &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;  &lt;address&gt;Campur tepung terigu, gula pasir, garam dan baking powder.&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;  &lt;address&gt;Masukkan buttermilk (campuran susu + cuka). Aduk rata.&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;  &lt;address&gt;Masukkan telur dan mentega cair, aduk rata (seperti biasa...pakai whisker aja)&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;  &lt;address&gt;Diamkan selama kurang lebih 15 menit. (pernah merhatiin acara Gula-gula-nya Bara katanya adonan didiamkan supaya terigu, telur dan susu atau dalam hal ini buttermilk, benar-benar tercampur dengan sempurna, itu kata dia lho....).&lt;/address&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;  &lt;address&gt;Tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan ke dalam wajan datang. Tutup sampai setengah matang dan sudah terbentuk pori-pori di atas permukaan pancake, kemudian balik. Apabila di rasa adonan terlalu kental tambahkan 1-2 sdm susu atau air, bila terlalu encer bisa ditambahkan 1-2 sdm terigu. Cocok buat snack sore - sore ato buat bekal liburan ( naahh pas kan sekarang lagi musim liburan ) ^^ hmm kalo Mayra sih tetep maemnya pake nasi wkwkwk.. Indonesia banget anakku, segalanya mau dimakan pake nasi. Kalo resep aslinya isinya cuma ayam, punyaku aku tambahin udam, wortel dan daun seledri.. jadinya gini :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 3- 4 lembar roti tawar / roti gandum, potong dengan cookie cutter bentuk sesuai selera --&gt; aku cuma potong segitiga aja biar ngga ada sisa&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 lembar fillet dada ayam, haluskan --&gt; cincang halus, atau bisa diganti daging ayam giling&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir putih telur&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt muncung maizena&lt;br /&gt;-  Garam secuil&lt;br /&gt;- Lada secuil&lt;br /&gt;- 3 bh udang, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;- Wortel, potong dadu kecil&lt;br /&gt;- Daun seledri cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pelapis :&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir kuning ayam kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;- Tepung roti / panir secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur ayam, udang, wortel, daun seledri, dengan putih telur, aduk rata. Masukkan maizena, garam dan lada, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Ambil adonan ayam taruh diatas roti tutup dengan selembar roti lainnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Celup roti yang sudah diisi dalam kuning telur gulingkan dam tepung roti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Guling roti ayam hingga kecoklatan dan ayam matang, sajikan hangat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hmm.. walaupun gampang banget tp agak agak tricky waktu menggorengnya. Pastikan menggoreng dengan minyak panas trus waktu roti sudah masuk, kecilkan api supaya ngga cepet gosong. Kalau minyak kurang panas, roti akan menyerap banyak minyak.. Pas baca baca KAGET... Ternyata bulan ini temanya nata de coco untuk olahan MAKANAN!!! wakakakakk.. brarti yang kemarin ngga sesuai kriteria dong.. wakakak.. ah dasar suka kurang konsentrasi sih..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ya udah, akhirnya cari inspirasi lagi untuk olahan Nata de coco.. hasilnya ini..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chick-Co Roll&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;- Nasi putih ( Mayra udah makan nasi biasa cuma sedikit lebih lembek )&lt;br /&gt;- 200 gr Fillet dada ayam, potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 buah bawang bombay&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm Marinade teriyaki&lt;br /&gt;- Jahe kira kira 2 cm, parut&lt;br /&gt;- Zuchini, potong memanjang&lt;br /&gt;- Nata de coco&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur, kocok&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur ayam, nata de coco dengan bawang bombay dan parutan jahe, marinade dengan saus teriyaki, diamkan kurang lebih 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Sementara itu buat dadaran tipis ( telur ) menggunakan wajan teflon, dinginkan di piring datar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Tumis nata de coco dan ayam menggunakan olive oil hingga matang, angkat dan diamkan sampai panas berkurang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Di piring datar, tata dadar telur lalu nasi putih, kemudian zuchini dan tumisan nata de coco ayam.. gulung.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Diantara per 'baking'an aku paling angkat tangan kalo urusan cookies, cookiesku yang terakhir hampir bisa dibilang gagal total.. Berhubung suasananya lagi mendukung, ngga ada salahnya nyoba nyoba lagi.. apa siiih yang ngga dicoba demi nyenengin anak ^^ well.. here it goes, special for My lovely Mayra..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya diambil dari bukunya Jessica Seinfeld, Deceptively Delicious. Unik karena ada zuchini nya.. Ini hasil translate resepnya :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Non stick cooking spray ---&gt; ngga pake, aku pake kertas roti untuk alas loyang&lt;br /&gt;1 cup Tepung Whole Wheat ---&gt; naahhh pas ada niih.. kalo ngga ada bisa pake Tepung Terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 cup Oatmeal&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt Soda kue&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt kayu manis bubuk&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;6 sdm margarin, keadaan dingin ---&gt; aku pake filma yang tanpa garam&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup puree pisang&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup puree zuchini&lt;br /&gt;1 butir putih telur&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup kismis&lt;br /&gt;1/2  cup walnuts ---&gt; aku ganti almond untuk topping aja, bisa dihilangkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan oven 180 C, semprot loyang dengan cooking spray atau alasi dengan kertas roti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur tepung, oatmeal, soda kue, garam dan kayu manis bubuk dalam wadah. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Dalam wadah lain aduk gula dan margarine menggunakan sendok kayu atau spatula, aduk sampai tercampur jangan sampai terlalu over ( jangan gunakan mixer ). Tambahkan puree pisang dan zuchini. Masukkan putih telur aduk sampai merata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan campuran tepung kedalam adonan sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata kemudian masukkan kismis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Gunakan sendok untuk menmbuat bulatan adonan diatas loyang, beri jarak antara adonan kira kira 1.5 cm. tabur atasnya dengan almond slice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Panggang dalam oven selama 12 - 15 menit atau sampai permukaan cookies coklat keemasan. keluarkan loyang dan biarkan sampai agak dingin dan mengeras. Kebetulan Mayra kan juga doyan banget ama yg namanya yoghurt jadi pasti dia bakal seneng juga bisa ngincipi fro-yo.. thanks yaa pe udah share resepnya.. *kisskiss*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;aku copas aja yaa..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 ml Whipcream Cair Dingin&lt;br /&gt;500 ml Plain Yogurt&lt;br /&gt;6 sdm Whipcream bubuk&lt;br /&gt;gula bubuk, sesuai selera. *saya nggak pake sih* --- &gt; aku juga, tp aku ganti buah peach yang dicincang halus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Directions:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Campur whipcrean cair dan bubuk dalam wadah super besar supaya nggak belepotan saat mengocok.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mixer dari kecepatan rendah , lalu berangsur-angsur tambah kecepata. Kocok sampai mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah tampak mengembang, masukkan yogurt dan gula jika suka. Kocok terus namun jangan over, nanti  malah cair.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah campuran tampak rata dan halus, tutup dengan clingwrap dan bekukan kurang lebih 4 jam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah beku, diamkan sebentar, lalu kocok lagi dengan mixer hingga merata. Masukkan freezer lagi kurleb 4 jam (lagi)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah 4 jam, keluarkan lagi dari freezer dan kerok sedikit demi sedikit. Yuk mari dicoba, gampang nan mudah.. penampakannya sih emang ngga "cantik" tapi rasanya teteup yummy doong..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fussili Tuna Siram Keju&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300 ml susu cair segar&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt merica hitam&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;1 bh kecil bawang bombay cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;150g keju cheddar, parut&lt;br /&gt;2 genggam pasta fusilli ( bisa diganti pasta bentuk apa pun )&lt;br /&gt;Ikan tuna segar potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus pasta fusilli dengan 1 sdm unsalted butter hingga lunak dan matang, angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis ikan tuna menggunakan butter / olive oil hingga matang, angkat sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur dan kocok susu, tepung terigu dan merica menjadi satu. Panaskan butter tumis bawang bombay hingga layu. Masukkan campuran susu sambil diaduk hingga kental, masukkan keju parut, aduk rata. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Alhamdulillah nafsu makan Mayra tetep normal cuman tidur aja yang agak terganggu..  Biar ngga kurang asupan energi, Ibuk e Mayra sudah nyiapan special menu yang yumm yumm.. cepet sembuh ya nak *hugs*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomato Meatball Soup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang bombay ( kira kira 1/4 )&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang putih 1 siung&lt;br /&gt;- 2 bh Tomat merah&lt;br /&gt;- merica hitam&lt;br /&gt;- parsley&lt;br /&gt;- unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;- keju parut ( untuk rasa asin )&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdm cream kental ( additional )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Meatball :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 400gr daging giling ( kurang lebih )&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;- 4 sdm tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang bombay&lt;br /&gt;- Olive oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Rajang halus bawang bombay dan bawang putih, tumis dengan unsalted butter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Kupas tomat, buang bijinya. Blender tomat bersama tumisan bawang. Kemudian saring supaya lebih halus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Buat Meatball : campur semua bahan kecuali olive oil, aduk sampai merata. bentuk bulat bulat, panaskan minyak ( olive oil ) goreng setengah matang alias jangan terlalu kering, hanya sampai permukaan cukup padat *ah bingung jelasinnya.. pokoknya biar padet lah* angkat, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. panaskan blenderan tomat menggunakan api kecil ( simmer ) sambil terus diaduk sampai meletup - letup, masukkan meatball, masak sampai meatball matang. Kalo suka tekstur yang lebih creamy bisa ditambah 2 sdm cream kental&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Tambahkan merica hitam dan keju parut, aduk pelan, sampai meatball cukup matang, angkat. Karena agak agak jet lag masuk ke dapur, akhirnya nyari menu yg gampang - gampang aja buat Mayra hari ini. Pasta Keju Seafood..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;Segenggam pasta / macaroni&lt;br /&gt;Kacang polong&lt;br /&gt;Udang, potong kecil&lt;br /&gt;Ikan fillet, potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;Keju cheddar parut&lt;br /&gt;Bawang bombay&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan saus :&lt;br /&gt;200 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;unsalted butter ( kurang lebih 25gr )&lt;br /&gt;Keju cheddar parut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus macaroni dengan kacang polong, dan sedikit butter. Setelah pasta/ macaroni lunak angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. &lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);"&gt;Buat  saus&lt;/span&gt; : panaskan butter, masukkan tepung terigu aduk rata sampai butiran menyatu, masukkan susu aduk rata, apabila terlalu kental tambahkan air putih. masukkan parutan keju cheddar parut aduk rata, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Tumis bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan ikan dan udang tumis hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Campur pasta dengan saus dan ikan.  sbelum disajikan taburi dengan  keju cheddar  parut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;catatan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Resep saus diambil dari buku &lt;a href="http://annabelkarmel.com/"&gt;Annabel Karmel&lt;/a&gt;, bisa dibuat dalam jumlah banyak lalu disimpan dalam freezer, ini sangat menghemat waktu memasak untuk kedepannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Udang dianjurkan untuk 1th ++ yaa, penggantinya bisa salmon, tuna dan aneka jenis ikan lainnya. Pas banget soalnya skrg ini lg ningkatin asupan karbohidratnya Mayra.. Ini untuk ngimbangi Mayra yg lagi aktif - aktifnya.. *my best friend*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ceritanya nih.. Mayra doyan banget sama yg namanya pasta! mau dibikin saus spagetti, mau dibikin saus cream, dipikin sup, schotel.. apa aja deh.. trus puter puter otak enaknya diapain ya pastanya yg baru belum pernah Mayra coba.. pas buka buka buku resep ketemu resep Spagetti meatball *ting, lampu menyala* muncul lah ide pasta east meet west ini hehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;1bh Tomat&lt;br /&gt;Wortel ( secukupnya aja )&lt;br /&gt;Pasta ( bisa macaroni, bisa fussili, penne atau spagetti )&lt;br /&gt;Unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm Tepung roti / oatmeal masak&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;Tempe&lt;br /&gt;Bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;Bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;Bawang bombay, dicincang halus&lt;br /&gt;Merica ( dikit )&lt;br /&gt;Paprika merah, potong dadu kecil&lt;br /&gt;Daging ayam giling ( ngga pake juga ngga pa pa )&lt;br /&gt;Olive oil&lt;br /&gt;Oregano&lt;br /&gt;Bayleaf&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bola - bola Tempe :&lt;br /&gt;- Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, merica dan tempe. campur dengan telur dan tepung roti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Buat bulatan ( seperti bakso ), kukus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;** resep ini sama dengan membuat nugget tempe, bedanya cuma nugget setelah dikukus dibalur putih telur n tepung roti/oatmeal lalu goreng. Bola bola tempe ini jg bisa disimpan untuk masakan lain misal sup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pasta :&lt;br /&gt;- Rebus pasta, masukkan sedikit unsalted butter ke rebusan pasta. rebus hingga matang dan lunak, angkat tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Puree wortel dan tomat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Tumis bawang bombay, ayam giling dan paprika merah hingga harum menggunakan olive oil. ( Thanks mba Depe atas translate-nya )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diambil dari tulisan &lt;a href="http://www.askdrsears.com"&gt;Dr. Sears&lt;/a&gt; dalam buku The Baby Book.&lt;br /&gt;Ditulis ulang oleh &lt;a href="http://www.dianprima.multiply.com"&gt;depe zahrial&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MEMBENTUK SELERA SI BAYI&lt;br /&gt;Bay-bayi yang memasuki masa kanak-kanak dengan rasa manis, lemak, atau asin dalam rongga mulutnya cenderung akan melanjutkan hal ini di sepanjang masa kanak-kanaknya dan mungkin juga hingga dia dewasa.&lt;br /&gt;Masa bayi adalah satu-satunya periode dalam kehidupan anak untuk dapat membatasi permen.&lt;br /&gt;Makanan ‘sampah’ biasanya diperkenalkan oleh teman-teman. Lewat pesta ulang tahun yang penuh dengan gula, coklat, chiki, minuman jus artificial, kukis pabrik yang supermanis. Sebenarnya itu adalah makanan yang biasa, namun buruk untuk masa depan si kecil.&lt;br /&gt;Agak sulit ya? Tapi ada kisah dibalik teori itu. Beberapa tahun lalu Dr. Sears memiliki teori bahwa bila wilayah rasa di lidah bayi dan usus yang sedang berkembang selalu dihadapkan pada makanan sehat selama TIGA tahun pertama, maka anak akan menolak makanan sampah kelak.&lt;br /&gt;Kayaknya nggak mungkin banget yah? Secara *ngaku aja, saya juga pernah* Anda pasti pernah ngasih bayi/batita Anda ‘nyicip’ French fries di resto fastfood ataupun Nugget pabrikan *yang Anda sendiri bingung.. dimana dagingnya nih?*. (untungnya anaknya belom sempet ketagihan).&lt;br /&gt;Tapi Dr. Sears mengadakan ‘eksperimen’ terhadap teori ini pada semua anaknya.&lt;br /&gt;Untuk 3 tahun pertama , mereka tidak memasukkan garam, gula ataupun lemak jahat yang berlebihan dalam menu makanan bayi mereka. Satu diantara bayi mereka bahkan tidak mengkonsumsi junkfood.&lt;br /&gt;Dan apa yang terjadi?&lt;br /&gt;Suatu hari , ketika si anak berumur 3 tahun dan diajak ke pesta ulang tahun yang penuh dengan ‘rasa manis , krim, dan coklat’ tentu saja dia memakan kue-kuenya. Namun tidak menggila. Baru hampir setengah jalan makan kue, anaknya berkata “ Perutku nggak enak” dan berhenti makan.&lt;br /&gt;Bahkan Dr. Sears mengungkapkan bahwa anak di umur 3 tahun bisa membuat hubungan yang disebabkan oleh makanan sebagai berikut:&lt;br /&gt;“ Saya menyantap makanan baik-maka saya merasa baik, Bila saya menyantap makanan buruk-saya akan merasa kurang baik”&lt;br /&gt;Bayi-bayi yang diberikan nutrisi yang baik jarang mengalami hal “mengikuti kehendak berlebih”. Dan inilah yang diharapkan jika si anak dewasa kelak. Tumbuh sehat dan tidak berlebihan.&lt;br /&gt;Jadi apa saja yang bisa dilakukan supaya bayi dan anak kita tidak “ berlebihan “ dalam selera?&lt;br /&gt;1. hindari makanan dengan pemanis buatan, teralu banyak gula, dan sirup jagung.&lt;br /&gt;2. hindari masakan yang mengandung minyak buatan / hydrogenated oil.&lt;br /&gt;3. sajikan lebih banyak makanan segar daripada makanan dalam kaleng/kemasan.&lt;br /&gt;4. sajikan lebih banyak serealia/padi-padian (beras, gandum,tepung gandum)&lt;br /&gt;5. hindari makanan dengan perisa buatan, pewarna, dan bahan tambahan/additives.&lt;br /&gt;Sekedar pendapat, apa yang ditulis oleh Dr.Sears sependek pengalaman saya membesarkan Azwa –putri saya- memang benar. Saya membandingkannya dengan beberapa keponakan saya yang sejak mulai belajar makan sudah diberi ‘citarasa buatan’ seperti garam dan gula bahkan penyedap buatan dalam jumlah ‘berlebih’. Anak tidak pernah mengenal citarasa alami dari suatu bahan makanan. Begitu punya gigi sedikit, dikenalin makan junkfood… rutin lagih. Belum karena nggak sempat masak, anak nggak dibiasakan sarapan pagi,atau sarapan seadanya dengan nugget pabrikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alasan yang dikemukakan biasanya “ntar anaknya nggak belajar ngerti rasa”.&lt;br /&gt;Tapi alasan itu bisa saya patahkan, karena buktinya si Azwa ya ‘ngerti’ mana makanan enak dan nggak enak.. hehehe.. Bedanya, anak saya nggak pernah berlebihan dalam menyantapnya. Dan alhamdulillaaaaaaah….. nggak jadi pemilih makanan.&lt;br /&gt;Jadi, sejak semula selalu siapkan makanan sehat di rumah. Nggak perlu mewah atau mahal, yang penting SEHAT! Cuaca yg sebentar hujan deress, sebentar panas, kadang kadang panas tapi hujan.. akhirnya pengaruh juga ke kesehatanku. oh nooo flu virus is coming to our home... hmm harus ningkatin konsumsi sayur n buah buat Mayra nih, supaya dia ga ikut ikutan kena Flu. Alhamdulillah Mayra masih minum ASI, jd mudah mudahan badannya tetep fit walau cuaca ga karuan gini..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah obrak abrik buku resep,  akhirnya  nemu  resep  dari bukunya Pak Wied Harry Apriadji, Buku Pintar Menu Balita 30 hari, Sup Kabocha..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;kabocha, kukus potong - potong&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm minyak goreng --&gt; aku cuma pake dikit kira2 1 sdm grapeseed oil ( bisa pake olive oil jg, lebih bagus dari minyak goreng biasa )&lt;br /&gt;2 siung bawang putih cincang&lt;br /&gt;50g bawang bombai cincang&lt;br /&gt;2 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang daun&lt;br /&gt;1 batang pangkal serai ( 8cm ) memarkan&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm bumbu kari bubuk --&gt; lebih bagus bikin sendiri, tp yg bubuk jg banyak sih di supermarket&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt gula pasir ( ngga pake, kabocha kan udah manis )&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt garam --&gt; dibawah setahun boleh dihilangkan&lt;br /&gt;200ml kaldu ikan --&gt; blum bikin, aku ganti air mateng biasa&lt;br /&gt;50 gr kacang polong&lt;br /&gt;75ml santan --&gt; aku ganti dg SUSU KEDELAI&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang putih dan bombay, masuk kan air dan bahan lainnya, masak hingga mendidih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan kacang polong, masak hingga mendidih, angkat. Kemudian masukkan kabocha ( yg sudah dikukus dan dipotong potong ) dan susu kedelai, aduk rata. Eeeh ternyata pas nyiapin bahan2nya kelewatan satu.. belimbing wuluh. waks dimana tengah malem gini cari belimbing wuluh. ya udah dimodifikasi dikit deh, menyesuaikan bahan bahan yang ada ( as always hehe ), hasilnya kaya gini nih.. Baby Tom Yummm ( soalnya aroma mirip banget ama sup tom yum :) )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 gr Fillet ikan kakap ( potong dadu )&lt;br /&gt;250gr Brokoli, potong ambil kuntumnya&lt;br /&gt;1 bh Tomat, kupas kulit ari trus potong memanjang&lt;br /&gt;Bawang putih cincang&lt;br /&gt;Jahe kurleb 5cm, keprek&lt;br /&gt;Daun jeruk 3 lb&lt;br /&gt;1 bt serai, ikat&lt;br /&gt;olive oil / minyak lainnya untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;air/ air kaldu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;- tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampe harum&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Rebus ikan dengan serai, daun jeruk dan tumisan bawang putih jahe. Rebus sampai ikan matang dan harum ( apa yah pokoknya sampe kecium bau serai n daun jeruk hehe )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- masukkan brokoli&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- terakhir masukkan tomat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- buang serai, daun jeruk dan jahe, angkat sajikan..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;gampaaang kan.. Resep ini cocok bgt buat mommies yg super sibuk hehe gampang n sehaat. Dan juga sayur n lauk udah jadi satu.. ga perlu repot kan.
